J BAY
J Bay was born in St. Louis, Missouri and has lived in Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan, before moving to Alabama where she lives and works from her studio in Honeycomb, on beautiful Lake Guntersville.
Since moving to Alabama in 2000, J Bay has participated in several group shows as well as two one person shows. Her work has been featured in several publications, and can be found in private and public collections.
J Bay's formal education includes dual degrees in Fine Arts and Design. Over the years she has worked in nearly all media: oil, pastel, acrylic, graphite, clay, fabric, metal, and wood. Recently, she has focused on 3-dimensional works, but continues to work in other media.
